Moisture Plus

Perfect baking and roasting results can be achieved by combining convection or surround heat with moisture. Meat becomes tender and succulent with an appetizing, browned crust; bread and rolls taste as if fresh from the bakery. The bursts of steam in Moisture plus mode can be programmed for greater convenience. Moisture plus is also used in various automatic programs.

Crisp Function

Through the targeted reduction of the oven cavity moisture, a dry micro-climate is achieved. This results in particularly crispy results, for example on French fries or croquettes. The Crisp Function can be individually selected in every operating mode.

ComfortSwivel Ergonomic Handle

The handle follows your hand movement, enabling ergonomic operation of the oven door. The easy open and close mechanism follows the way you move, naturally.

Favourites

With Miele ovens you can create up to 20 individual programs: Operating mode, temperature and duration can be individually programmed. This alows you to call up the settings for frequently prepared dishes at the touch of a button so you can achieve perfect cooking results each and every time.

Customized Settings

With many Miele models it is possible to individually adjust the factory-set parameters, such as language, buzzer tones, display brightness and much more. You can adapt your appliance to suit your needs at any time.

Timer Functions

Miele ovens offer multiple timer functions. You can program the start and end times, or simply the duration of cooking. Your dishes are perfectly cooked at the desired time. At the end of a programmed cooking time, the process ends automatically. Furthermore, during a power failure the set time is saved for up to approximately 200 hours.

SoftOpen and SoftClose

The Range oven doors open and close quietly and easily. This function safely prevents the door from slamming.

All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control, or integration into existing smart home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home Wi-Fi router and the Miele Cloud.

Rapid PreHeat

The open-floor-concept of the gas heated Range kitchen appliances enables uninterrupted airflow for more rapid and even heat distribution. This enables rapid preheating and short baking and cooking durations. The infrared ceramic burner locks in juices while searing meats, poultry and fish to perfection.

TwinPower Convection Fans

The 30 and 36 inch wide Range appliances are equipped with two fans, the 48 inch appliance has one fan. The fans distribute the air in the cooking compartment powerfully and consistently to ensure rapid heating up and optimum hot air distribution.

Self-Clean Oven & PyroFit Racks

The automatic self-cleaning function ensures that grease residue is continuously broken down during the baking and roasting process and cannot become burned on. This also applies to accessories that are suitable for pyrolytic cleaning. Cooking compartment and accessories stay clean and aggressive cleaning agents are no longer needed.

CleanTouch Steel

Miele stainless steel appliances have premium CleanTouch steel surface finish. This makes care of the surface very easy. Fingerprints are nearly invisible on CleanTouch steel.

AirClean catalyser

Grease and odours are removed from emerging steam. This prevents grease deposits on your furniture, walls and curtains. Cooking odours are significantly reduced. The catalyser can be activated and deactivated as desired (depending on model).

Cooling System and Touch-Cool Fronts

Miele ovens are cooled all around. This keeps the handle areas as well as adjacent cabinetry pleasantly cool. The multi-layer panels insulate the oven door effectively and ensure a lower temperature on the outside of the door. For a high level of safety and protection against burns.

Safety Functions

You can lock the appliance at the touch of a button to protect it from being switched on accidentally, by children for example. In addition, if the maximum operating time is exceeded, the Miele oven automatically switches itself off. Should you forget to switch off the appliance, safety is guaranteed.

Residual Heat Utilization

Even better energy efficiency can be achieved if you use the food thermometer or program the cooking time. In this case the Miele oven switches itself off sooner and finishes the cooking process with the residual heat, without affecting the overall result.
